Dimaklumkan akaun Microsoft 365 sebahagian dari staf USM akan dinaik-taraf dari Microsoft 365 A1 Plus kepada Microsoft 365 A3. Ia berikutan dengan penamatan pakej Microsoft 365 A1 Plus oleh pihak Microsoft.

Naik taraf ini membolehkan kapasiti storan emel ditingkatkan dari 50 GB kepada 100 GB dan menggunakan Microsoft Teams dengan lebih ramai pengguna. Semakan boleh dilakukan kepada ruang storan emel apabila naik taraf ini selesai.

Bagi pengguna aplikasi emel pada komputer atau peranti mobil, pengguna digalakkan untuk menggunakan perisian Outlook. Pengguna peranti mobil (Android/iPhone) juga perlu memuat turun aplikasi Company Portal bagi memboleh perisian Outlook berfungsi. Pastikan kedua-dua aplikasi ini dari Microsoft, dimuat-turun dan dipasang dari portal PlayStore atau Apple AppStore yang sah.

A number of Microsoft 365 of USM's staff accounts will be upgraded from Microsoft 365 A1 Plus to Microsoft 365 A3. This change is due to the discontinuation of the Microsoft 365 A1 Plus package by Microsoft.

This upgrade will increase email storage capacity from 50 GB to 100 GB, allowing more users on Microsoft Teams. A review of email storage space can be done once this upgrade is completed.

For users of email applications on computers or mobile devices, you are encouraged to use the Outlook software. Mobile device users (Android/iPhone) must also download the Company Portal application to enable Outlook software functionality. Ensure both of these applications are from Microsoft, downloaded and installed from the official PlayStore or Apple AppStore.
