Notis Gangguan Perkhidmatan Internet dan Perkhidmatan Dalam Talian USM - 18 Ogos 2023
Assalamualaikum & Salam Sejahtera
Perkara di atas dirujuk.
Satu aktiviti penutupan sumber kuasa di Pusat Data USM akan dilakukan bagi kerja-kerja pemasangan UPS, pada ketetapan berikut

Sepanjang tempoh berkenaan, Pusat Data akan mengalami gangguan bekalan kuasa kesemua perkhidmatan terganggu. Berikut merupakan senarai perkhidmatan yang terjejas pada tarikh dan masa yang ditetapkan :-
1. Kesemua perkhidmatan rangkaian (wired, wifi, akses ke Internet)
2. Kesemua portal web (Campus online, semua portal elearning, journal, pohon)
3. Kesemua laman web USM
4. Akses kepada Microsoft 365 (one drive, emel, office web)
5. Penghantaran emel
6. Aplikasi client-based
7. Akses kepada API
8. Akses kepada data arkib.
9. Perkhidmatan komunikasi (telefon extension, webex)
10. Dan lain-lain perkhidmatan di atas talian yang dihoskan di USM.

3. Kesemua laman web USM
4. Akses kepada Microsoft 365 (one drive, emel, office web)
5. Penghantaran emel
6. Aplikasi client-based
7. Akses kepada API

10. Dan lain-lain perkhidmatan di atas talian yang dihoskan di USM.

We would like to inform you that PPKT will be installing a new UPS unit in the Data Center. The installation will involve power source cabling works. Details of the installation is as follows:

During that period, PPKT Data center will experience disruption to the power supply and access to the services hosted there will be affected. These are among the lists of services :
1. All networking services (wired, wifi, Internet access)
2. All web portal (Campus online, elearning, ejournal, pohon)
3. All USM websites
4. Access to the Microsoft 365 (one drive, email, office web)
5. Email delivery
6. Client based applicatin
7. API access
8. Archive access
9. Telecommuncation services in the campus (webex, Microsoft Teams, fixed telephone)
10. All other services hosted in USM
